Summary:

Our Client is seeking an experienced Plumbing Lecturer to deliver high‑quality teaching to apprentices up to Phase
3. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated individual who is passionate about developing future talent within the plumbing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Plumbing up to Level 3.

* Teach and support Phase 3 apprentices, ensuring they meet qualification standards.

* Prepare, assess, and support learners working towards City & Guilds qualifications.

* Maintain accurate records in line with apprenticeship and academic requirements.

* Contribute to programme development and quality improvement.

Essential Requirements:

* Level 3 Plumbing qualification (non-negotiable).
   Candidates without this qualification cannot be considered.

* Experience delivering City & Guilds Plumbing qualifications.

* Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards.

* Teaching Qualification at Level 5 (required if being considered for Programme Director responsibilities).

* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.

Desirable:

* Experience supporting or leading apprenticeship programmes.

* Ability to step into a Programme Director role for the right candidate.
