Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Contract)
SEN Teaching Assistant - SEMH/ASD/ADHD - Canterbury

A highly regarded specialist school in Canterbury is looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of their supportive and nurturing team. In this role, you'll work closely with pupils who have SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, providing consistent, personalised support that allows each child to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

You will gain valuable experience in SEN education, develop your skills in behaviour management, emotional support, and teaching strategies, and work alongside a team of experienced professionals dedicated to making a real difference. Who we're looking for:

Graduates or aspiring professionals in Psychology, Education, Youth Work, Criminology, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply, but this role is open to anyone with a passion for working with children

Enthusiastic, reliable individuals with patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

Experience with SEN or working with children is advantageous, but not essential

** Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students

** £85 - £95 per day, Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 15:30, PAYE, Term time only

** You MUST have right to work in the UK in order to apply - no Visa sponsorship
