Musician​/Multi-instrumentalist

Unity Arts Collective is excited to invite a musician or multi-instrumentalist to join our creative team for an R&D production in February, 2026.

This is a paid role ideal for a musician who enjoys collaboration and creative development, and who is interested in building a long-term relationship with us.

• Are comfortable with improvisation and devising process
• Can play one or more instruments (Percussion, Cello, Oud, Violin, Guitar, Piano / Keyboard…)
• Available for both weeks of rehearsals and performance
• Believe that having fun is a must!

• Has experience working in theatre
• Has experience or interest in music composition
• Experience in devising music for theatre

Final date to receive applications:
Friday 30th January 2026

Rehearsals (University of Kent): 16-20 February 2026; 23-27 February 2026

Performance (Aphra Theatre, University of Kent): 27 February 2026 Evening (Time TBC)

Total Fee: £1800 (2 weeks). This is a paid opportunity. We cannot offer travel and per‑demis. Apologies.
