Civil construction foreman

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and skilled civil construction Formen to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience and knowledge in:
Concrete work, Asphalt laying, Base course preparation, Machine operations, Plant operation. Requirements:
Proven experience in civil construction. Skills and knowledge in concrete, asphalt, and base course preparation. Leadership skills. Must hold or be willing to obtain traffic management endorsements. Class 2 licence or above (preference for class 4 and above). Positive attitude and commitment to high‑quality workmanship. A positive attitude towards health and safety policies. A positive attitude toward accurate record keeping. Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism in both the workplace and community.

Work well in a team environment, Adaptability. Physically fit. Must be able to pass a drug screening test.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards. Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals. Upholding the company's values and reputation in the community. Performing various tasks in civil construction projects, including but not limited to.
