Use your eye for detail and love of systems to support student success through accurate curriculum and academic records administration..
As an Administrator – Curriculum and Academic Records, you’ll provide accurate, timely administration that underpins programme delivery, academic results, and graduation. You’ll manage curriculum and delivery data within the Student Management System, support results publication and award processing, and ensure information meets internal, external, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with registry and academic colleagues, your attention to detail and systems expertise will help deliver a seamless experience for learners across their academic journey.
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Demonstrate the ability to work with complex administrative processes and to review and identify process improvements.
- Can work effectively within a complex, regulated environment, applying regulations, and ensuring compliance.
- Have good computing skills, including Microsoft Office packages (notably Word and Excel)
- Be aware of the Privacy Act and maintain confidentiality appropriately.
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and thoroughness, and the ability to attend consistently to detail.
- To communicate clearly in spoken and written forms.
- To listen well, to be supportive and implement feedback where necessary.
