An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Quality Governance team providing an effective and proactive administrative and project support resource. The role works across a diverse portfolio that includes Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management. The postholder will also provide some administrative support to the Director of Quality Governance/Associate Director of Quality Governance as required.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual, who is happy to work flexibly across site wide teams. The post will be based at K&C Hospital, Canterbury with the opportunity for some hybrid working.

If you hold a Graduate/Post Study work visa, you will only be able to work this role fixed term until the expiry date of your visa.
Main duties of the job- To provide flexible and comprehensive administrative support across the Quality Assurance, Compliance and Risk team. This includes monitoring generic email accounts and directing requests appropriately, co-ordinating and servicing meetings, diary management and basic data analysis. To support the team in returns of information for regulatory bodies.
- Maintaining accurate records using both electronic management systems along with other formats i.e. Excel spreadsheets.
- Work in a team-based environment providing support to each other and ensuring continuity of services. This includes organisation of own work and ability to prioritise tasks.

Person Specification Skills and experience- Experience of a range of secretarial / administrative work procedures and practices with a medium level of theoretical knowledge. Minimum 2 years experience.
- Managing complex workload with competing demands
- Previous NHS experience
- Knowledge of working for and within a team and self- management of workloads.
- Intermediate level of Excel (manipulation of spreadsheets and basic formula).
- GCSE A - C (or equivalent) - English and Maths or equivalent professional experience
- Range of NHS computerised systems (e.g. Health Roster, Business World, IT Portal)
