Hours: Full-time or Part-time (3–5 days per week)
Salary: £27,500 – £37,500 FTE (depending on experience, pro‑rata for part‑time)

As the business continues to grow, we are now looking to appoint a trusted Personal Assistant to the Directors, working closely with the Company Owner and supporting director‑level activity.
The RoleThis is a key support role within the business, combining traditional PA responsibilities with general administration for the Company Owner. The successful candidate will be highly organised, professional, and comfortable working at senior level.
You will play an important role in managing priorities, protecting time, and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of director activity.
Key Responsibilities- Full diary and calendar management
- Managing emails and correspondence
- PA support to the Company Owner and Directors
- Business and personal administration for the Company Owner
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and off‑site commitments
- Acting as a professional gatekeeper and point of contact
- General administrative support as required
- Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or senior administrator
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
- Confident working directly with a business owner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Based in Kent with hybrid working availability
- Full UK driving licence required
- Flexible working: full-time or part-time (3–5 days per week)
