** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues and to observe for any unusual activity.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.

+ Document security-related incidents and observations according to site and Allied Universal protocols.

+ Collaborate with healthcare staff and first responders as needed during emergency and/or crisis situations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Hospital vaccination requirements must be met.

+ Must be able to work in hospital morgue environments.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
