Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain Engineering Change Notice (ECN) systems to support new product development, repairs, and upgrades.
* Coordinate change control processes across engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams.
* Review and verify design release documentation for configuration identification, completeness, and authorization compliance.
* Support and facilitate Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and change approval workflows.
* Conduct and support Configuration Management (CM) audits for process integrity and compliance.
* Assess and refine CM policies, procedures, and service effectiveness across product life cycles.
* Manage and maintain product and allocated baselines for hardware and software configurations.
* Utilize Product Data Management (PDM) tools, Jira, and MS Office to track and report CM activities.

Qualifications:

* U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field - or equivalent experience.
* Active or obtainable Secret DoD Security Clearance (must be acquired within a reasonable timeframe).
* 3+ years of experience in Configuration Management or Change Control in development and manufacturing environments.
* Deep understanding of DOD and industry CM standards, including both hardware and software domains.
* Demonstrated experience with:
* Change control boards and comment adjudication
* CM audits and lifecycle assessments
* Managing baselines and product configurations
* Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, and Product Data Management (PDM) applications.
* On-site presence may be required based on program needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing.
* Ability to coordinate process controls across disciplines.
