Job Description

A premier cement and stone contracting company, established in the 1950s and based in Pittsburgh, is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. We are known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial concrete services across the region.

What We Do

Residential Projects:

• Driveways
• Sidewalks
• Steps
• Patios
• Foundations

Commercial / Industrial Projects:

• Storefronts
• Retail sidewalks
• Loading docks
• Site concrete and flatwork

Position Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and backhoes safely and efficiently
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Assist with site preparation and grading
• Work hands-on with the crew when not operating equipment
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean job sites

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating excavators and backhoes
• Ability to load/unload equipment
• Willingness to work alongside crew members
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• CDL Class B is a major plus
• Must be local to Pittsburgh or willing to relocate

Compensation & Benefits

• $28-$40+ per hour (based on experience)
