Project Manager - Commercial Construction

A well-established and highly respected commercial $75M general contractor in the Pittsburgh market is looking to add a Project Manager to support continued growth. This is a long-standing builder with a strong local reputation, a stable project pipeline, and is in a major growth phase!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, owners, architects, and internal teams
• Track schedules, budgets, and quality control
• Ensure jobsite safety and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges

• What They're Looking For

• Experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple scopes and priorities
• Familiarity with modern construction software (Procore or similar preferred)
• A team-oriented mindset with a desire for long-term stability and growth
