Base Pay Range

Base Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission
Potential earnings up to £50k once you're up to speed!
Optional On-call Rota: Additional £4,800-£5,000 per year

About the Hire and Sales Negotiator Role

Join a fast-growing, well-established technical business as a Hire and Sales Negotiator
, based near Walsall. This high-performance role focuses on proactive outbound sales—uncovering lapsed, dormant and warm opportunities through self-generated leads and internal data.

Day-to-day activities include full-cycle sales: qualifying leads, negotiating deals, managing the hire and credit process, and maximising each opportunity using Salesforce and social platforms. You will work closely with inbound sales, lead qualifiers and a team of 12+ in a vibrant and ambitious environment built for Hire and Sales Negotiators to thrive.
