The Impact you will have:- Develop and deliver internal technical training courses to Engineers predominantly at Briggs sites (Cannock, Maidenhead or Cannock)
- Work collaboratively with the Technical Training Business Partner to establish the yearly training plan and schedule
- Identify individual engineer skill shortages through assesments and testing
- Establish a close working relationship with Engineering Managers to ensure we have the correct level of engineer support and skill level
- Work collaboratively with the wider Technical Training and Technical teams to drive continuous improvements across our training delivery
- Promote technical eLearning content for Engineers
- Previous delivery of technical training is desirable
- An accredited technical qualification is a must
- Previous experience with MHE or plant equipment is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
- Extensive communication skills both oral and written
