Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical Project Engineer / Mechanical Site Manager

We are seeking Mechanical Supervisors, Mechanical Project Engineers, and Mechanical Site Managers to support the delivery of mechanical building services projects across commercial and construction environments.

These site-based roles are responsible for supervising, coordinating, and delivering mechanical works safely, to specification, and in line with programme and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate mechanical building services works on site

* Manage mechanical subcontractors and direct labour

* Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and programme requirements

* Oversee HVAC, pipework, plant, and associated mechanical systems

* Carry out quality inspections, snagging, and defect resolution

* Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities

* Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures

* Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, and other trades

* Attend site meetings and provide progress updates

Qualifications & Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 or above in Mechanical Building Services (or equivalent)

* SMSTS or SSSTS (depending on role)

* CSCS card (Supervisor or Manager level)

* First Aid at Work (preferred)

* Relevant mechanical apprenticeship or trade background

* Strong understanding of building services regulations and standards

Experience

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, Mechanical Project Engineer, or Mechanical Site Manager

* Background delivering mechanical packages on commercial or large-scale projects
