Stock Controller & Parts Precurement

Mobile Mark is an internationally recognised antenna design and manufacturing company, we sell an extensive range of products into telecommunications markets worldwide. We have a proven track record of producing innovative products and having the ability to address market trends with the help of our in-house team of design engineers. A vacancy exists for an experienced Stock Control & Procurement Person with the ability to help maintain and further develop our SAGE stock control system.

This will involve placing orders with vendors, liaising with our US procurement department, entering new stock, creating bill of materials, creating new store room locations, monitoring stock levels, closely liaising with our production department. Must have the ability to source new suppliers, supplier performance monitoring. Organising and strictly controlling a year end stock take. A good knowledge of SAGE is essential so it is important that applicants have worked within a similar role for a minimum of 3 years.

All candidates should also be proficient in ExCel, Word and Power Point. And be able to put together reports and charts using any of these systems. The suitable candidate must be able to work well under pressure and to meet strict deadlines.
