On site, 9:00 - 17:00 (Mon - Fri)

We're looking for a hands on, and highly organised Office Coordinator to join our clients growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be at the heart of our operations supporting sales, logistics, and administration while helping to drive efficiency as they continue to grow.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring smooth operations.
• Process sales orders quickly and accurately.
• Liaise with warehouse staff and drivers to coordinate deliveries.
• Generate, manage, and analyse system and performance reports.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team and management

• A proactive multitasker who's always one step ahead.
• Excellent attention to detail and a knack for organisation.
• Strong IT skills, with experience in Excel or Unleashed
• A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive and collaborative culture.
• Someone who's motivated and eager to grow into a future managerial role.
