We are looking for a well rounded teammate who can work with React Native and deliver an exceptional Watch

OS experience. Although the immediate need will be focused around Watch

OS and iOS development, experience in the Android (Kotlin) ecosystem will be of benefit as well.

• Develop and add features to existing Watch
  
  OS application
• Develop and add native features to an existing React Native application.
• Integrate with API endpoints and third party libraries
• Implement user interfaces and user experiences that are intuitive and engaging
• Write tests, commit often, and collaborate with other developers to help ship a great product

• Demonstrable experience developing a Watch
  
  OS app and understands how companion applications differ from standalone
• Deep understanding of mobile application limitations and the hardware (power management, permissions, available native libraries, GPS, Health Kit, etc)
• Understanding of native and third party payment gateways (Apple/Google Pay, Revenue Cat)
• Resides in Alberta, preferably Calgary

• Development in Kotlin on WearOS and in native android environments.
• Understanding of Postgresql, RDMS tools
• Understanding and experience developing cloud first applications on AWS
• Familiarity with containerization and container orchestration
