The Agriculture Service Technician plays a key role in delivering exceptional service through the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of agricultural and turf equipment. • Conduct inspection, diagnosis, repair, and servicing of agricultural equipment with a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Utilize specialized tools and advanced diagnostic technology to complete complex repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance in alignment with manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of John Deere equipment and related competitive products.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and technical training programs.
• Provide strong customer support by delivering timely, accurate, and professional service.

• 1+ years experience performing complex maintenance and repair work.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and basic computer applications.
• Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent trade (Heavy Equipment, Automotive, etc.) is preferred.
• Consideration may be given to 3rd or 4th year Apprentices with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with John Deere equipment is an asset but not required.
