Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour with potential annual earnings of $95K - $160K based on overtime. Performance-related bonuses are under consideration.

Job Overview:
We are looking for skilled and experienced shingler's to join a small team on residential re-roofing projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience with asphalt shingles. This position requires a commitment to working hard and creating a positive work environment. We are willing to train the right, hard working personality who is willing to learn the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately install shingles on various roofing projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and architectural requirements. Promote best practices in shingling and safety protocols. Foster a positive and cooperative team atmosphere, encouraging teamwork and effective communication.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in shingle roofing, with a strong ability to apply techniques that maximize efficiency and durability. Minimum of 3 years’ experience specifically in shingling/roofing/construction, with additional general roofing experience beneficial. Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred:
Certifications in safety practices, particularly for heights, and first aid training.

Position involves working at various residential sites, with hours that vary according to the specific demands of each project. Flexibility is essential, as workdays can extend until all necessary roofing measures are securely in place.
