Northlands College is seeking a Red Seal Journeyperson for our Head Office located in Air Ronge, Saskatchewan. Candidates must have Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing or Power Engineer certification and more than (2) years of experiences as a Red Seal Journeyperson. The position is a Term, full-time opportunity with the College. The term start January 26, 2026, and ends on August 21, 2026.

The Position will be reporting to the Manager of Facilities and Safety.

The Red seal Journey person is responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment within the institutions facilities. This includes boilers, HVAC systems and other infrastructure critical to building operations. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, and preventative maintenance practices.
The Journeyperson must demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. The position also involves mentoring apprentices and ensuring all work is performed in accordance with occupational health and safety guidelines.
