We are looking for a Part-Time Security Guards (with the opportunity to be Full-Time)
in Victoria BC who excels in both safety enforcement and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience interacting with the public, handling security concerns with professionalism, and maintaining a friendly yet authoritative presence.

Key responsibilities include:

Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Patrols of the grounds and property.

Able to do foot patrol and stand for most of the shifts.

Be attentive to safety issues, security breaches, and situations requiring attention.

Emergency response to fire alarms, medical emergencies, and other urgent situations as required.

Document incidents using the appropriate software when applicable.

Job Requirements:

Valid British Columbia Security Worker License (required)

Occupational First Aid Level 1 (OFA
1) – preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional appearance and customer service-focused

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform foot patrols

Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills

Basic computer and report writing skills

British Columbia Security License
OFA level 1
