Mobile Security Supervisor

Job Description

Guardteck Security is looking for a friendly, outgoing and experienced Mobile Security Supervisor.

Successful candidates will demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, ability to maintain self-control and make quick decisions during emergency situations.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with all security operations
• Ensure tasks are completed in an efficient manner.
• Audit security work and interactions with customers on an ongoing basis.
• Proactively mentor and train employees and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Communicate with the operations manager.
• Exercise good judgment and make decisions that benefit the customer and the property.
• Become part of the team and make yourself a key part of the customer’s success.

Skills and Qualifications that you need to have:

• Valid BC security license
• Valid Class 5 drivers license with a clean driver's abstract
• Valid OFA 1
• At least 6 months of security supervisor experience
• Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
• Top notch customer service, with previous experience, considered a strong asset
• Professional approach to role; acting in a disciplined, honest and ethical manner
• Must be able to follow procedure and set routines effectively
• Strong observation and communication skills

Shift Details:

Rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the second week.

12-hour shifts: 1900 hours to 0700 hours

This is a temporary role expected to continue until March, with the potential for permanent employment thereafter.
