Portfolio Account Manager - Maritimes; Bilingual

• A driven sales professional with a min. 1-3 yrs proven field experience in a B2B environment with a track record of success, ideally in aesthetics, skincare medical device or dermatology
• Demonstrated experience managing key accounts and understanding customer business needs, effectively managing the sales cycle to encourage product adoption
• Strong selling and training skills with the ability to prioritize, influence and educate.
• Proven success managing key accounts and driving sales growth
• Exceptional selling and training skills that influence and inspire
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• A knack for collaboration, leadership, and emotional intelligence
• Experience with project management and using data to inform decisions

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan using insights and analytics
• Build and maintain loyal relationships with key accounts
• Manage sales of our aesthetics portfolio and, where applicable, skincare line
• Deliver engaging, compliant, and tailored sales presentations
• Demonstrate deep product and competitive knowledge
• Ensure timely completion of CRM updates, expense reports, training, and sample tracking
• Uphold all compliance protocols
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Aesthetics team to align on goals and maximize performance
