- Develop and grow an ongoing sales pipeline while accurately forecasting new bookings
- Implement sales strategies and methodologies to guide team performance
- Minimum of 10+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the Insurance software and Insurtech space
- At least 10 years of management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage a designated territory
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience in Reinsurance, Loss Control, and/or Distribution Management
- Background in SaaS licensing and sales
- Ability to learn and apply proven sales methodologies
- Comfort with the product value proposition for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel 30-50%
