** Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in HVAC/R, Plumbing, or related mechanical/piping markets.
* ** Technical Knowledge:
** Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems. Ability to navigate diverse customer environments.

** Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills. Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
* ** Software Proficiency:
** Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM tools, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, You Tube).
* ** Mindset:
** Competitive, results-driven, persistent problem-solver with a customer-focused approach.
* ** Travel:
** Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time (actual travel may vary).

* Education:
** Post-secondary education (college or university) preferred.
* ** Relationship Management:
** Demonstrated ability to build long-term rapport with contractors, engineers, and distributors.
