In Home Sales Consultant

Location: North Interlake (Stonewall)

Serving Grand Rapids, West Michigan, and surrounding areas

Bath Works of Michigan, the nation’s fastest growing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer, is hiring driven, people focused professionals to join our growing team.

We help homeowners transform their bathrooms in as little as one day using premium Jacuzzi products. As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet directly with homeowners at scheduled appointments, design solutions for their space, and guide them confidently through their buying decision.

This is a consultative sales role. You are not chasing leads. You are meeting homeowners who have already requested an appointment.

No cold calling.

No door knocking.

No prospecting.

What You Will Do

Travel to pre set in home appointments

Design custom bath and shower solutions using Jacuzzi products

Educate homeowners on product options and installation process

Build trust through professionalism and strong communication

Present pricing and financing options

Deliver a five star customer experience from first visit to installation

What We Are Looking For

Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail

Strong communication skills and confidence in face to face conversations

Coachable, competitive, and internally motivated

Alignment with our core values:

Willingness to travel throughout West Michigan (100 Mile Radius)

Availability Monday through Saturday for appointments at 10am, 2pm, and 6pm

Ability to run at least 11 appointments per week

Compensation and Benefits

Uncapped earning potential ($150,000 - $250,000 Annually)

Paid training on our proven in home system

Pre qualified, high intent appointments provided
