As a Deli Clerk at Red Barn Market Mattick’s Farm, you’ll be a key part of our deli team – preparing and serving our much-loved sandwiches and deli items, connecting with customers, and keep the deli fresh, clean, and welcoming. Responsibilities:

Stocking and Display: Arrange and replenish deli case displays, ensuring items are well-presented, labelled, and rotated.

Food Preparation:Prepare and package sandwiches, pizza, salads, hot food, and more.

Customer Interaction:Provide friendly assistance to customers, answer questions, and offer recommendations.

Maintain Cleanliness:Keep the deli area clean, organized, safe, and well-stocked.

Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels, rotate products, and communicate restocking needs.

Compliance:Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
