Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Part-Time Student Clerk/Cashier for our C-Store/Food Store location in Birch Hills, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to Food Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.

• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.

• Provide pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.

• Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company policies, procedure, and standards in social responsibility and the selling of age restricted items relating to lottery and tobacco.

• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times.

• Knowledge and understanding of the Point-of-Sale system (POS) and pumps.

• Receive, price and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader.

• Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.

• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.
