POSITION

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic leasing agent to join our team. You will be responsible for leasing our properties and will play a key role in increasing our occupancy rate.

ROLE AND

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve the rental targets set by management

Maintaining a high-quality customer relationship to encourage renewals and recommendations

Manage the rental process from start to finish (viewings, candidate follow-up, lease drafting)

Promote and showcase the properties/unit plans to potential clients

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in sales

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Autonomy, organizational skills and proactivity

Car required
