The Wound Care Charge RN Nurse will report to a Wound Care Program Manager and collaborate closely with a Nursing Director and physician leaders, guiding friendly nurses and a diverse team of wound specialists, therapists, dietitians, case managers, and surgeons; daily responsibilities include charge oversight, staffing, precepting, interdisciplinary rounds, regulatory readiness, performance improvement, and ensuring seamless patient flow for inpatient and ambulatory wound care services.
