As Marketing Manager, you provide guidance and direction to the marketing team, ensuring creative direction is aligned with the company’s strategic goals. You oversee a variety of marketing initiatives, including go-to-market launches, advertising, email campaigns, events, communications, B2B and B2C ecommerce websites, and social media. In addition, you build marketing systems, programs, and campaigns, while collaborating cross‑functionally and reporting on marketing metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing Management
• Strong skills in Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Ability to develop and implement strategic and creative marketing campaigns
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, Content Creation, and Editing abilities
• Proficiency in Research and Analysis to understand market trends and inform marketing initiatives
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in the beauty or wellness industry is highly advantageous
