PAY: $23.95 per hour
Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator with strong, sign‑industry specific knowledge. The ideal candidate has hands‑on sign-related experience with Enroute Complete and Signlab 10. This is a full‑time position based in Orillia working 42 hours per week Monday to Thursday 7 AM‑4:45 PM and Friday 7 AM‑12 PM with the possibility for voluntary overtime. This role is eligible for group benefits after completing 2 months of employment and a boot allowance after completing the 3 month probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Apply cut paths to 2D contours for sign-related fabrication.
Review cut strategies.
Create custom files from scratch based on project needs.
Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
QUALIFICATIONS And COMPETENCIES
Sign-related experience with Enroute Complete and Signlab 10 is required.
CNC programming/operation experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
