What we are looking for ?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Maintenance Crib Attendant to manage, issue, and track tools, parts, and supplies for our maintenance department. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate inventory levels, support the maintenance team with necessary materials, and ensure the crib area remains organized and compliant with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory items

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using CMMS system platform

  • Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to ensure critical items are always available

  • Responsible for cycle counts and periodic inventory audits

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the crib/storage area

  • Communicate with vendors and procurement staff regarding order status or discrepancies

  • Follow all safety and company procedures for material handling and inventory control

  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior experience in a storeroom, tool crib, or inventory control

  • Basic knowledge of industrial tools, parts, and maintenance supplies

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficient using computers and inventory software

  • Forklift certification is mandatory
