Reports to Mill Shift Supervisor/Production Supervisors.

What you will do:

  • Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tool and equipment for the task and ensure the safety of fellow employees
  • Support safe and efficient achievement of production targets through general operation of the Refinery and Loadout equipment
  • Mill clean-up work and equipment inspection

    • What you will bring:

  • Grade 12 or GED equivalent
  • Positive Safety behavior and safety leadership
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors
  • Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training
  • Ability to make and implement decisions under all conditions
  • Stable work record
  • Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset
