We are working with a global leader in the acquisition and growth of vertical market software that is seeking a Chief of Staff
. This is a high-octane portfolio leadership role designed for an individual with the technical acumen of a financier and the mindset of an operator. Reporting directly to the President, you will function as a strategic force multiplier, driving high-level decision-making and ensuring operational excellence across a diverse group of enterprise software companies.

• Operational Orchestration: Serve as the central pillar for the President’s office, synchronizing Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership to ensure every business unit is aligned with the division's long-term growth roadmap.
• Performance Architecture: Engineer and manage sophisticated financial models that provide the data-driven backbone for quarterly business reviews and portfolio-wide strategic planning.
• Transformation & Scaling: Audit existing business models across the portfolio and deploy high-efficiency frameworks to catalyze organic growth and competitive dominance.
• M&A Technical Strategy: Lead key phases of the acquisition lifecycle, including the evaluation of target financial health, contract analysis, and comprehensive operational due diligence.
• Initiative Command: Helm high-priority special projects and provide independent, value-added perspectives on the performance and trajectory of specific business units.
• Integration Leadership: Direct the post-acquisition onboarding process, ensuring new companies are seamlessly infused with the organization's core metrics and best-practice frameworks.
