The Maintenance Technician is responsible for hands-on maintenance and repair of production equipment. The ideal candidate has experience with machinery maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and welding abilities. This is a non-supervisory role focused on keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance:
  Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery such as Viking, RDS, USL machines, paint machines, and conveyor belts.
• Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly; support preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Parts Management:
  Assist in ordering and managing parts and supplies to support timely repairs.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all safety regulations and company policies; promote a safe working environment.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate maintenance logs, schedules, and records.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance processes and equipment efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on maintenance experience.
• Welding skills required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with parts ordering.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Positive, “can-do” attitude and sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of PLC programming is an asset.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours:
  
  40 hours/week, regular overtime available
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:330 PM
