the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. You ll work on a diverse range of litigation matters, providing legal advice and support to our reputable clients. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development within a firm that values mentorship and individual career paths.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and support on a variety of litigation matters, including employment, estate, insurance, personal injury, property, construction, and commercial litigation
  • Solid advocacy and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Conduct legal research across a broad range of practice areas.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of court rules, statutes, and relevant legislation
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the firm.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in litigation
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
