- Manage Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, and Key Vault.
- Ensure private endpoints, DNS, and network connectivity remain healthy.
- Coordinate certificate renewals and secret rotations in Azure Key Vault.
- Lead incident triage and resolution (L2/L3).
- Coordinate releases, hotfixes, and configuration changes via CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure RBAC roles and managed identities are correctly configured.
- Support audits related to access, logging, and data handling.
- Act as primary point of contact for HR, Workforce, and IT stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Dayforce and Indeavor vendors on integration issues.
Required Technical Skills
- SFTP, REST APIs, CSV/JSON/XML transformations
- Hub and Spoke networking & Private Endpoints
- Required Experience
- 8+ years in integration or middleware support roles
- 3+ years supporting Azure based integration platforms
