This is not your average internship. As an AI Product Researcher, you will explore, test, and prototype AI solutions that aim to transform hiring systems. You will serve as a bridge between research and product development, helping us move quickly from insights to prototypes.

Hiring processes are fundamentally flawed, and we are addressing this by building a signal-driven, AI-powered system. You will assist us in identifying the right tools, workflows, and designs that will make this vision a reality.

• Research emerging tools, APIs, and AI workflows.
• Prototype product flows using Figma, Notion, or low-code tools.
• Test ideas with LLMs, ChatGPT, Zapier, and similar platforms.
• Collaborate on initial UX designs, copy, and product experiments.
• Help validate features through lean, experimental testing.
• Pursuing a degree/diploma in CS, Data, or related.
• Eligible for an unpaid co-op/internship placement.

• Are hands‑on with AI tools and have experience with prompt engineering.
• Can quickly transition from research to actionable steps.
• Have an eye for UX and understand user behavior.
• Care about achieving product outcomes rather than just technical novelty.

• Have built an AI side project, assistant, or automation.
• Have experience in product design, copywriting, or strategy.
• Possess strong communication skills and can execute tasks independently.
