The Role:

As we grow our engagement with executive buyers, it’s essential that regional teams, partners, and programs are aligned to deliver consistent and impactful experiences. The Marketing Manager, Executive Program Activation will help build, centralize and coordinate executive-level efforts downstream across regions and partners — ensuring the right content is in the right hands, and that opportunities for executive engagement are fully optimized.

This role helps orchestrate the regional execution of executive sponsor ships, content, and partnerships — driving consistency, extending our reach, and helping Elastic show up with credibility and impact in every market.

What You Will Be Doing:

Regional & Partner Exec Program Coordination

  • Partner with global exec engagement team, field, and partner marketing teams to activate executive engagement strategies within local markets and/or joint partner programs.
  • Identify and build opportunities where events, executive sponsor ships, or partnerships can be scaled across multiple regions.
  • Facilitate regular touchpoints with regional, and partner stakeholders alongside executive engagement team to align on executive initiatives, content needs, and upcoming opportunities.

Content Enablement & Distribution

  • Ensure regions and partners have access to relevant executive-level content, messaging, program assets, and promotional material by delivering “programs in a box” that can be scaled across geos. Collaborate with content teams to support the localization, adaptation, or co-branding of materials for regional or partner use.
  • Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate regional and partner derivatives of digital and print materials.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of executive assets, ensuring ease of access and clarity on usage guidelines.

Operational Support & Effectiveness Tracking

  • Track the deployment, adoption, and performance of executive programs across regions and partners.
  • Capture local market intelligence and distill it into practical recommendations for the global executive engagement team.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders to continuously refine content, messaging, and program approaches.
  • Support global executive engagement campaign manager in reporting related to regional and partner focused executive engagement efforts and offer insights and recommendations for improvement.
What You Bring:
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, program coordination, field marketing, or partner marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage cross-functional, global initiatives.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build alignment across diverse teams.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the agility to adapt to evolving needs.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, Marketo, or similar platforms).
Bonus Points:
  • Experience working in a high-growth B2B technology environment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise executive personas (CIO, CTO, CISO, CDO) and their priorities.
  • Exposure to coordinating global sponsor ships, partner programs, or executive-level event planning.
