Blackpoint Cyber is the leading provider of world‑class cybersecurity threat hunting, detection and remediation technology. Founded by former National Security Agency (NSA) cyber operations experts who applied their learnings to bring national security‑grade technology solutions to commercial customers around the world, Blackpoint Cyber is in hyper‑growth mode, fueled by a recent $190m series C round.

Role Summary

The Head of Product Management will lead and scale Blackpoint’s product management function. You will develop and execute product strategies, create the roadmap, and partner cross‑functionally to deliver cybersecurity solutions built for MSPs. Reporting to the Chief Technical & Product Officer, you will shape Blackpoint’s product portfolio and deliver its outcomes. This is a high‑impact leadership role for an experienced product leader who can be both hands on and strategic and thrives in fast‑growth, mission‑driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, evolve and drive portfolio strategy across Blackpoint’s product portfolio.
  • Perform market, competitive, and customer analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize investments.
  • Lead the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post‑launch adoption.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, SOC, and Data Science to execute roadmap commitments.
  • Prioritize and plan features based on business impact, customer value, platform scale, and global expansion needs.
  • Establish KPIs for product performance (adoption, NPS, engagement, retention, ARR contribution).
  • Maintain direct relationships with MSP partners to deeply understand their operational workflows and challenges.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to ensure strong product enablement and adoption.
  • Champion a “partner‑first, MSP‑first” mindset across the business.
  • Build, scale, and mentor a high‑performing global product management team.
  • Establish product processes, operating mechanisms, decision frameworks, and roadmap governance.
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of product management experience in SaaS & Cybersecurity, with 5+ years leading teams at a director level.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and scale complex SaaS & Cybersecurity products globally.
  • Solid background in cybersecurity including MDR, SOC, EDR, threat detection, and cloud security with broad, overall knowledge rather than deep expertise in every area.
  • Demonstrated strength in customer engagement and relationship‑building.
  • Cross departmental experience and desire to obtain feedback across the company (Sales, marketing, engineering, etc.) and customers, with the ability to compile feedback and develop the ultimate solution.
  • Humble leadership with the ability to drive solutions for complex products.
  • Experience with the MSP space being a true champion for customers.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in high‑growth or scale‑up environments (100–500+ employees).
