Position: Senior SAP S/4HANA EWM Functional Analyst for an end-to-end Implementation with a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
Location: Victoria

We are seeking a senior-level SAP S/4

HANA EWM Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Outbound Logistics Execution within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong end-to-end S/4

HANA implementation experience, leadership capability, and hands-on functional expertise in complex warehouse environments.

This role requires someone comfortable leading workshops, identifying process gaps, and designing functional solutions aligned with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP EWM Outbound process design and configuration (picking, packing, staging, shipping, HU/TU management)

Manage integration points between EWM and:

MM (Materials Management)

SD (Sales & Distribution)

PP (Production Planning)

Logistics Execution

Ensure master data alignment (materials, storage types, warehouse structure, batch management, etc.)

Identify gaps between business requirements and SAP standard functionality

Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders

Prepare and deliver client-facing EWM workshops

Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)

Support inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, handling units (HU), and transportation units (TU)

Collaborate with technical teams for build, testing, and defect resolution

Prepare training documentation and support end-user enablement

Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members where required

Must Haves

5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM functional experience

Strong experience with SAP S/4

HANA EWM

Proven experience in end-to-end SAP S/4 implementation projects

Deep expertise in:

Outbound processing

Inventory management

Handling Units (HU)

Transportation Units (TU)

Master data governance

Integration points across SAP modules

Experience leading client workshops and presenting functional solutions

Strong understanding of logistics execution processes

Experience preparing functional design documentation (RICEFW)

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Leadership capability and ability to drive discussions independently

Nice to Have

Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry

Experience in food manufacturing environments

SAP EWM Certification

SAP Fiori experience (apps configuration, user experience optimization)

Fully bilingual (French & English) –
