IT Support; ServiceNow, Jira​/Nitec​/

Position: IT Support (ServiceNow, Jira / Nitec / Up to $2700)
Location: Outram

We are looking for a Singaporean to join our client’s team through ES Recruitment as a Systems Administrator ( Service Now - End User - Service Request Admin ). This is a 1-year contract position.

Candidates with experience in EUC and ticket management systems (such as Service Now or JIRA) are encouraged to apply

Salary range:  $2300 - $2700

Up to 1 month performance bonus

Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement

Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities

Provide project documentation and reports

Monitor and alert base on monitoring tools provided

Diagnose and rectify technical issue

Requirements

Locals (Must cleared both project clearance and pre-employment check)

Skills:

Service request admin & End user support

Experience in End User Environment 1 Year

Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Service Now  (hands-on experience with Service Now is a strongly preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment

Candidates who possess working experience in both EUC and ticket management systems (e.g Service Now, JIRA) are also welcome

Pro‑active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking

Need to serve 2 months notice if hired for this role
