Location: Outer Nunavut (Iqaluit)
Responsibilities Administer Power Platform environments including Dataverse databases, connectors, and environment lifecycle.
Implement and maintain governance policies, security roles, permissions, and DLP rules.
Monitor platform health, performance, usage trends, and licensing consumption.
Support solution deployment pipelines, ALM processes, and environment provisioning.
Troubleshoot issues related to flows, connectors, permissions, and app performance.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business users to support the design and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
Maintain documentation, governance guidelines, and administrator runbooks.
Coordinate with cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure operation.
Participate in upgrades, roadmap planning, and platform optimization efforts.
Requirements Minimum 3-5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 or enterprise SaaS platforms, with at least 2+ years directly managing Power Platform environments.
Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related discipline.
Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate – preferred.
Experience with governance, DLP policies, tenant-level admin centers, and Azure AD/Entra .
ITIL certification – an asset.
Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Ability to manage environments, permissions, solution deployments, and platform governance.
Experience implementing DLP rules, security roles, and compliance controls.
Strong troubleshooting skills for flows, connectors, integrations, and licensing issues.
Ability to support developers and citizen developers, including environment provisioning and solution management.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to assess risk, ensure compliance, and monitor platform usage and performance.
