I’m currently hiring a Senior BI Developer (Power BI) for a leading organization in the financial sector, where data plays a key role in driving smarter decisions and long-term growth.
Mission As part of the Business Intelligence team, you’ll act as a true catalyst for data-driven decisions.
Your mission is to turn complex information into clear, reliable, and automated insights, through high-impact Power BI dashboards and scalable analytics solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
Building robust data models using Power Query and DAX to create scalable, reusable reports.
Developing automated pipelines and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
Leveraging automation tools such as Power Automate for refresh schedules, alerts, and insight distribution.
Translating business needs into clear, compelling, and automated reporting solutions.
Optimizing datasets and reports for performance, reliability, and enterprise-scale usage.
Integrating data from multiple internal and external sources (e.g., finance platforms and CRM tools).
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support insights across strategic initiatives.
Supporting ad-hoc requests and exploratory analysis when needed.
Maintaining strict confidentiality and strong ethical standards when handling sensitive data.
Your profile You’re a senior, detail-oriented BI professional who loves data storytelling, automation, and building impactful solutions.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data visualization.
Strong hands-on Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, optimization).
Proven experience building complex dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
Solid understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling.
Comfortable working with relational data models and structured datasets.
Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Fully bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
Nice-to-have: experience in finance, investments, consulting, or corporate BI environments.
Working Conditions
Permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week).
