We’re focused on creating intuitive, reliable mobile experiences that work in real-world, high-stakes environments.
Role Overview
Seeking a UX/UI Designer to own and design all mobile experiences across our product ecosystem. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about mobile-first design, user-centered problem solving, and translating complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces.
Must Have's:
3+ years of experience designing UX/UI for mobile applicationsStrong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first UX thinking and polished UI designProficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar)Deep understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines and constraintsAbility to work independently and take ownership of design initiativesNice to Have
Experience designing for B2B SaaS or operational toolsFamiliarity with fleet, logistics, transportation, or safety-focused productsExperience working with design systems at scaleBasic understanding of front-end development constraintsExperience collaborating with distributed or remote teamsResponsibilities
Own end-to-end UX/UI design for all mobile applications (iOS, Android, and responsive mobile web)Translate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into intuitive mobile user experiencesConduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis to inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designsEstablish and evolve mobile design patterns and contribute to the company’s design systemCollaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycleAdvocate for best practices in mobile UX, usability, and interaction design
