Location: Victoria

  • Own Team Platform Strategy:
    Define and execute the roadmap for user management, permissions, team collaboration, and organizational features

  • Drive User

    Experience:

    Design intuitive workflows for team setup, member onboarding, role assignment, and permission management

  • Build Scalable Systems:
    Work with engineering to create flexible, scalable solutions for organizations of all sizes

  • Optimize Team Workflows:
    Identify friction points in team collaboration and develop solutions to streamline productivity

  • Manage Access & Security:
    Ensure robust permission systems that balance ease of use with security requirements

  • Analyze Usage Patterns:
    Leverage data to understand how teams use collaborative features and identify optimization opportunities

  • Cross-Team

    Collaboration:

    Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to understand enterprise customer needs

  • What you must have:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS

  • Experience with user management systems, permissions/access control, or team collaboration tools

  • Background in enterprise software or multi-user platform development

  • Strong understanding of user roles, permissions models, and organizational hierarchies

  • Data-driven approach to product development and optimization

  • Nice to have:

  • Experience with identity management, SSO, or security-focused products

  • Experience with performance marketing products, services and workflows

  • Background in enterprise software sales or customer success

  • Familiarity with team productivity tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

  • Understanding of compliance requirements (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.)

  • Experience with freemium to enterprise conversion models

  • Skills & Attributes

  • Systems thinking with attention to scalability and security

  • Strong empathy for admin users and end-user experiences

  • Ability to balance competing stakeholder needs

  • Excellent communication skills for complex technical concepts

  • Experience working with enterprise customers and use cases
