Our client is seeking a Change Management Lead to support a Workday implementation, responsible for developing and executing the change and communication strategy to drive adoption across the organization.

Must Have:

8+ years of experience leading Change Management on large-scale initiatives ideally within Public sector

Proven experience supporting Workday implementations

Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)

Hands-on experience developing and executing change, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans

Experience creating short-form training videos or digital learning content

Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating clear, practical messaging

Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and produce deliverables directly (e.g., training materials, internal communications, job aids)
