The Opportunity

Own weekly payroll for 300+ employees in a growing national retail organization.

If you’re a payroll professional who takes pride in precision, thrives on structure, and wants real ownership, this is the kind of role that builds careers. We’re partnering with a growing national retail organization that continues to expand while others scale back. They’re looking for a Payroll Specialist who can confidently run weekly payroll for 300+ employees using ADP Workforce Now.

This is not a “support” role; you’ll be trusted to own the process, manage commissions, ensure compliance, and act as the go‑to resource for payroll questions.

Why This Opportunity Is Different
  • True Ownership – You’ll run the full payroll cycle, not just assist.
  • Growth‑Focused Company – Expansion is ongoing, creating long‑term stability and internal mobility.
  • Leadership Access – Direct reporting to payroll leadership with visibility and impact.
  • Commission Complexity – Gain valuable experience managing variable compensation in a multi‑location retail environment.
  • Stability + Structure – Established systems, defined processes, and a clear reporting line.
