Our client, the Regional Community of Campbellton, is committed to providing a high-quality work environment for its employees and supporting its managers. The organization is currently seeking a dynamic Human Resources Lead to help implement the human resources function in its entirety.
As the organization establishes its foundational HR practices, this role offers a unique opportunity for the future HR Lead to have a direct impact on the quality of HR processes while actively contributing to the organization's broader modernization efforts.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?  As our next Human Resouces Lead you will play an operational, structured, and people-focused role.
You will coordinate day-to-day HR activities while contributing to the ongoing improvement of internal processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating recruitment and staffing activities
Contributing to organizational development and workplace culture initiatives
Supporting employee relations and assisting with related matters
Advising managers and supporting team development
Acting as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries
You will thrive in a growing, evolving environment where you’ll help build and gradually embed the HR function—by advising stakeholders, supporting organizational change, and helping implement structured processes that are adopted and sustained over time.
As a hands‑on HR partner, you will contribute to key HR decisions alongside managers and act as a trusted resource for both leadership and staff, helping to foster a healthy, fair, and engaging work culture.
WHAT YOU BRING  As an ideal candidate, you demonstrate working proficiency in both French and English. You hold a post‑secondary diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or a related field, and you have hands‑on HR experience across multiple areas.
You bring hands‑on experience in various aspects of HR management. Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset. A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
You’ve worked in environments where you contributed to building or evolving the HR function—whether by developing tools, defining processes, advising stakeholders, or supporting an organization through change and modernization. You’re comfortable with HR software and using data to inform decisions, and you’re skilled at supporting teams through change and collaborating across all levels of the organization.
You’re known for your organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail, as well as your ability to explain HR matters clearly, support managers in their decision‑making, and offer practical, well‑adapted solutions.
By joining our team, you'll put your expertise and dedication to work in strengthening our HR practices and supporting our journey toward modernization.
